As recycled paving slabs, they come in random lengths and widths, imparting a more relaxed look to your patio than with more uniform, newer paving slabs. The random sizes are complemented by the range of shades, matured over years of weathering.

The lack of uniformity is the perfect antidote to over-designed landscaping. The exact opposite of the clean lines and deliberate patterning of more contemporary sandstone; reclaimed Yorkstone paving has a hard-won appearance developed over decades – perhaps centuries – of construction use and northern weather.

Thickness between 50mm up to 100mm.

Colour: various weathered shades from buff brown to grey blue. Available in random lengths x random widths.

Reclaimed Old Yorkstone Paving slabs are weathered flagstones salvaged from demolition sites throughout Yorkshire and Lancashire.

Yorkstone is sandstone peculiar to quarries in the Yorkshire region, long valued for its remarkable durability. It's been used as building and landscaping material since medieval times, and aside from being abundantly visible in the north, it is also used as the traditional London paving stone.

This reclaimed Old Yorkstone Paving uses recycled flagstones to give a natural, weathered look to your garden paving, patio or driveway – all applications for which its durability make it extremely well suited. Give your garden an Old English charm or lend your driveway a rugged respectability.
